BRB Modular buildings are available in a fraction of the time compared to traditional on site buildings. Their transportability makes them an ideal solution for remote locations, difficult or hard to get to sites; the quality of our buildings and sturdy design means that the buildings can be relocated from site to site or retained in the same location as a permanent solution.

Every building conforms to Australian Standards and is constructed within the Australian Building Code guidelines. BRB Modular employ both fully qualified and apprentice carpenters and other trade disciplines who understand the building process and apply best building practices.

We are able to construct our buildings every working day of the week in our modern factories, unaffected by weather, in turn reducing construction delays usually encountered with traditional on-site build methods.

This method allows our clients more accurate planning and budgeting by minimising the potential for site disruptions. In fact, the intended site is able to be prepared while the buildings are being constructed. Clients can potentially take occupation of the building the day after it’s delivered to site.
