Building Accessories

In addition to the manufacture and installation of a school classroom building, BRB Modular offer a greater degree of flexibility by offering our clients a complete range of options and accessories designed to maximize the buildings. Here are just a few examples of what BRB modular offers.

Covered Way

The covered way option provides good protection from the elements and is usually used as a sheltered pathway between buildings, it offers both students and staff a canopy under which they can traverse without exposure to the elements.

Verandah

Verandah’s are generally installed to the front of buildings and can also provide excellent shelter and protection. Often used as cover for bag racks and lockers, it also serves as a refuge from rain, hail or shine for students and staff.

Roof Cover

The Roof Over creates an extremely functional area for nearly any activity, regardless of what the weather above is like. The design of the roof over is such that two buildings located opposite each other have a canopy installed over the open space between them.

This area beneath is then able to be used for a multitude of purposes – some of which are clothing racks for students, or small outdoor learning/reading areas.

Access Requirements - Steps, Paths or Ramps

We are able to manufacture and provide steps, paths, ramps or a combination of all three for whatever purposes required. All steps, paths and ramps constructed by BRB Modular are built in accordance with strict guidelines and standards. We can tailor all access requirements to suit any school's needs.

Building Configuration

Should there be the need for an internal area to be opened up, or for a small room to be considered, then BRB Modular are also able to install or remove internal walls and doors within days, weeks or months after a building has been installed on site.

Shade Sails

For that finishing touch, shade sail installation can also be facilitated by BRB Modular. Each Building is able to be complimented by various options. Our full range of accessories and options for each building is available upon request.
